Hom, principal of Hom Team Design, started the company with a
foundation in fine arts and years of completing design and build
projects for herself and others. Having
successfully satisfied many clients, Nancy continuously takes the
knowledge and experience from each instance to improve upon the
next.
Hom Team Design works with a stable of highly experienced
contractors and sub-contractors. We vet their abilities,
craftsmanship and reliability for our client projects with one goal
in mind...to deliver a project that is well planned and well
executed, on-time and on-budget.
Projects move forward smoothly due to organization, planning and
good communication. Contractors that promise you the moon to
get the job but can't deliver properly, because of lack of
organization and planning, can result in a very long and painful
project.
We have found that communication problems are caused by misinterpretation and poor handling
of crisis issues when they arise--not only between contractor and client but
between contractors and sub-contractors as well.
Hom Team Design bridges the gap. This is where we
excel--our organization and know-how to move projects forward
smoothly results in timely completion of projects and happy clients.
Additionally, we are experienced at working in condominium
complexes and being able to coordinate with your condo neighbors,
adhere to association rules, etc. which requires an extra level of
awareness and customer service.
Recently, we've added experience with lobbying insurance
companies on behalf of our clients. We were able to increase
an insurance payout by 60% from the original payout.
