The Owners of this two bedroom one bath home needed more living space for their family.  The home's ground floor level was raw, unfinished space that they wanted to reclaim. 

Collaborating with the architect, we came up with a plan to add a master bedroom en-suite,  a family entertainment room, an office, and a powder room.

The ceiling height barely made minimum floor to ceiling height requirement.  We had the old cement floor removed only to find water sitting under the floor as the house sits lower part of the property.  Proper drainage and waterproofing had to be installed before proceeding with the rest of the construction.

As the family entertained often, we also installed a small wet bar area under the stairs.  Now the family have an additional 550 square footage of useable space.  We also finished out the garage and made it a fun extension for future parties for the kids.
