A PG&E power surge caused an attic fire that damaged this home.  The family not only had to deal with picking up the pieces, they also faced subsequent months of dealing with their insurance company.

We were able to help them lobby the insurance company for more funds in order to remodel the home correctly, and to provide a safe and clean environment.

The old 70's kitchen was gutted, with a wall removed to open up the space.  New maple cabinets were installed, as was a granite counter bar with additional storage, new appliances and recessed lighting throughout.

As an added measure of safety, we installed ionic/motion smoke detectors in the attic, which the family greatly appreciated.
