The narrow room and several 'hidden' surprises behind the walls created many challenges for this remodel.
To gain the feeling of space, the tub was moved against the window wall and the toilet relocated. The old wall that blocked the entrance way (see pic with coat hooks) was removed and reframed as a pony wall to open air space and hide the toilet.
The drop ceiling was raised and the vertical spamore expansive.
The discovered 'no-no's' committed by the previous owner (obviously un-permitted) were fixed in the process (see notes on pics).
Large field tiles, vessel sink, new tub, dual flush toilet and new fixtures brought fresh elegance to the room.
This once-dated 70's bathroom has become a sleek, modern and zen-like bath that delights its Owner.
